RCR Announces 2007 Driver Development Program Richard Childress Racing (RCR) will run its 2007 Driver Development Program through the Golden Gate Racing Team (GGRT) with drivers Tim McCreadie and Ryan Foster competing in the NASCAR Grand National Division, West Series. 18th at the DTWC After winning his heat race at the KC Raceway for the Dirt Track World Championship Timmy fought a tight race car in the feature and had to settle for a disapointing 18th place finish.
